1. Overview

RainyBeat is a media player application that helps users play local and remote media and browse supported cloud storage providers.

2. Information we process

• App settings such as playback preferences and interface options.
• Local media metadata needed to display playlists and resume playback.
• OAuth tokens when you explicitly connect services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.

3. Dropbox and other cloud providers

When you connect Dropbox, RainyBeat requests only the permissions necessary to browse and read your files. For Dropbox this includes files.metadata.read, files.content.read, and account_info.read.

RainyBeat does not use connected cloud accounts to modify, delete, or sell your content. Access is used only to browse supported files and play media you request.

4. How data is stored

Whenever possible, data is stored locally on your device. Authentication data and settings are kept only for the purpose of delivering the features you choose to use.
